I've been back in America for a little over a month already! How time goes by so fast is completely beyond me. I've already spent time in Wilmington, NC; Richmond, VA; and

Vietnam just set a record for the hottest day (110 degrees Fahrenheit), and it's only April. It's been unbelievably sweltering, so I am already in a summer-state-of-mind. SO! I am thrilled to announce my "summer plans" and where I'll be starting in May. Drum roll please.....  As a Sicilian olive farmer once told me, life is about finding balance. If you work 8 hours a day at something that you are truly passionate about and love, spend 8 hours a day doing things that you enjoy and are good for you, and get 8 hours of restful sleep,  What an awesome way to start 2019. After my busiest holiday season yet taking photo mini sessions for tons of families in the Ho Chi Minh City area, I was ready for a slightly slower pace! I also have been dog-sitting and housesitting since the beginning of November, and  I'm back!! This is the first time through all my years of traveling, working, and living abroad that I've gone back to a country that I already resided in (except for America, where I grew up and lived for most of my life). Where has 2018 gone?!??! It's basically Halloween, which is practically Christmas. So realistically, it's already 2019, and I cannot even handle it.  Oh, I've been a bad blogger the past couple months! Sorry guys... My bad. Apparently coming back to the States has been more distracting than I imagined it would be.
